INEC to feed police officers with N6bn during 2019 election

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has proposed N6 billion for feeding of police men during the 2019 general elections. INEC chairman, Mahmood Yakubu, disclosed this today while defending the budget before the House of Representatives committee on electoral matters.

Lawmakers are currently drilling the INEC chairman over this request.
